As a licensed pharmacist, I am trained as a medication expert and a healthcare professional. I balance evidence-based recommendations with holistic care, sitting in between traditional women’s health approaches and “wellness influencers.” Above all, I educate women on the menstrual cycle as a foundation for all discussions about hormone health.

As such, I do not recommend synthetic hormone products. Most commonly, these products are used as contraceptives and suppress the ovulatory cycle. If a women is still able to get pregnant (she is still cycling and is in a relationship with a fertile male), I would default to teaching fertility awareness using the Clearblue or Mira monitor.

Included in the fee for fertility awareness services is same-day support. Active clients are able to message me on Practice Better or text me and I will reply before the end of the day. This service does not apply to BHRT consults.

Pricing is $150 for all single services. This accounts for my time to prepare for your visit, meet with you personally, and follow-up as appropriate.

The consulting fee is simply that. I do not get a kickback for any testing supplies or prescriptions that you purchase. This ensures you’re getting an unbiased recommendation.

Women may combine services for a discounted rate. Each package option has its own booking link.

The Clearblue Fertility Monitor and test sticks are sold on Amazon, and from other retailers. I recommend using subscribe and save for the test sticks (1 box every 3 months for regular cycles, 1 box every 2 months for postpartum).
